Tell us a little bit about yourself – your work background, your interests…

I worked in Leisure for 13 years as a fitness instructor and administration assistant for Wrexham Council. I am a reservist in the British Army and have been for 10 years. In October 2009 I was attached to a regular battalion

(1 Royal Welsh) for 12 months whilst the Battalion deployed to Afghanistan i worked for the Welfare team and helped/supported the casualties who were returned to Selly Oak hospital in Birmingham. In April 2011 I deployed to Cyprus for 6 months working for the UN in the administration cell and patrolling the BZ. In 2012 i moved to Wiltshire and secured a job working for Wiltshire Council.

My interests are keeping fit, travelling and camping

Jumped off a cliff into the sea

Office banter, the feeling of achievement (getting the job done)
